Presentation Guideline
Plenary talks and Asian Topics
Plenary talks and Asian Topics will be given in the Room A. The presentation time is 40 minutes. Please leave 5 minutes for a discussion.
Oral Presentation
- Oral presentations will be given in the “Room A, B, C or D”.
- Invited and contributed oral presentations are 20 minutes including 5 minutes for Q&A.
- You are expected to notify your presence to the session chair before the start of the oral session.
- A Windows PC with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader is provided.
- Presenters' PC can be connected to a projector.
- The session rooms of A and C will have a screen for 16:9 presentation format. The session rooms of B and D will have a screen for 4:3 presentation format.
Poster Presentation
- All Poster presentations will take place in the “Exhibition and Poster Hall”.
- Poster presenters will be provided with a blank poster board and pushpins for mounting posters on it.
- The maximum dimensions accepted for posters are 90 cm horizontal, 210 cm vertical.
- The boards will be arranged in the order that the poster presentations are listed in the final program.
- At least one author is requested to present during the poster session, otherwise the session chairs might mark as "no-show". Only papers that are presented will be considered for publication as part of the proceedings.
- Presenters are requested to follow the schedule for setting up and taking down their posters as follows.
