Guideline for session chairs
- Please pick up your session chair’s kit at the registration desk prior to the session start.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the session time, then check the presenter's presence and equipment at the session room.
- All oral sessions will have a floor staff to serve, handling microphones for Q&A (except Room A), room light adjustment and so on.
- Please introduce the presenting author and the title of each presentation.
- Please strictly observe the presentation time; i) 40 minutes including 5 minutes discussion for plenary talks and Asian topics, ii) 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion for invited and contributed oral presentations.
- If you have any absent presenters, their slot must be left empty. Do not start the next presentation earlier than the schedule. Chairs may fill the time by additional discussion on the subject of the session.
- It is not allowed to take Flash Photograph and Video in all sessions. Please announce this restriction, if necessary.
- Please return the chairperson’s report to the Registration Desk immediately after the session.
