Guideline for session chairs
We appreciate your acceptance the duty of session chair. Indeed, the success of this conference strongly depends on your cooperation. Although, most of you are familiar with the chair's duty, following is some notes you are required to confirm.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the session time, then check the presenter's presence and equipments at the session room. During the poster presentation, a presenter may visit other posters. Please visit a few times in such a case. You can find a form of chairperson's report in your session chair's kit.
- Please have oral presenters strictly observe the time; i) 40 minutes including 5 minutes discussion for plenary talks and Asian topics, ii) 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion for invited and contributed oral presentations. Please do not adjust the time schedule for no-shows and withdrawn presentations.
- It is not allowed to take Flash Photograph in all sessions. Please announce this restriction, if necessary.
- Please return the chairperson's report to the Registration Desk immediately after the session.
