Pulse tube refrigerator with cold inertance connecting tube

Abstract:In a pulse tube refrigerator with a cold inertance connecting tube between the pulse tube and cold head, the pressures in the pulse tube and after cooler is reversed, so that a step piston can recover the expansion work to let the theoretical efficiency be same as Stirling refrigerator.
