Abstract :
1990年国際温度目盛に基づき校正されたマスター温度計と、校正対象となる温度計を比較することで温度計の校正を行う抵抗温度計比較校正装置の開発を行っている。装置の冷却に必要なGM/JT冷凍機を試作したので、その試運転結果について報告する。
