高効率1段パルス管冷凍機の実験的研究

In order to get a large cooling capacity at 77K, a single stage pulse tube refrigerator bench designed by the adiabatic model was set up. A temperature of 37K was obtained by orifice type in the original experiment and some anomaly phenomena were found. At the same time, a simple method was introduced to compare the compressor capacity with the refrigerator dimension and gave a good agreement with the experimental results. At last the equivalent P-V diagram method was used to analysis the experimental phenomena and better results are expected.
